About Us

Welcome to Unity 3d Designs! We are so excited that you are here!  My name is Eric and I love creating things - solutions to problems whenever I can. I believe that is part of what being “created in His image” means. He created me and as His image bearer I naturally also desire to create. We are a small family team with some work ethic, some ideas and a 3d printer. For the last 8 months I have been getting up well before dawn to work on designs that have morphed into Unity 3d Designs LLC. As a millennial I tend to waste so much time on top of the time spent away from my family at work on empty screen time. With 3d printing I saw a possibility to do something different with some of that wasted time and do something worthwhile with it. I have made a bunk of prints that failed miserably, have learned so much because of that and then felt the satisfaction of a job well done but at the end of the day without my Savior Jesus Christ I have nothing. 

As a husband and dad I’ve always had a strong desire to stay close to my family, and becoming an entrepreneur has given me the opportunity to do exactly that. For generations, the Industrial Revolution has pulled people out of their homes and into long, rigid workdays—stealing the best hours of a man’s day away from his family and reshaping life around factories instead of households. I’ve always felt a pull to revolt against that revolution, to reclaim the freedom and presence that our modern world too often trades away. By building solutions to real problems from my own home, I’m choosing a different path—one where meaningful work and meaningful family life can coexist. I don’t just want a career at work; I want to build a legacy at home. And I want to leave an inheritance of memories, not just an inheritance of dollars—moments of presence, love, and connection that last longer than anything money can buy.
